One inbox, many domains
Bind every custom domain you own. Mail from all of them arrives in one unified inbox; a stable color stripe per domain keeps the contexts separate without juggling browser profiles or multiple email apps.

Reply as the right business, automatically
Folio auto-selects the correct From address for every reply, so a letter to your consulting client never goes out under your product domain. Each domain signs with its own DKIM key (RSA-2048), so sending reputation and deliverability stay partitioned per business.

Anti-spoofing built in
Folio checks SPF, DKIM, and DMARC on every incoming message and files mail that fails authentication straight to spam - with the reason explained in plain English. The "email from my own address" forgeries that slip past other inboxes don't reach yours.

See who's sending as your domains
The Deliverability view reads the DMARC reports mailbox providers file about each of your domains, so you can see every server sending as you and tighten your policy with confidence.

Flat pricing, not per-seat
You are one person, not a team. Folio charges a flat price per operator - Solo, Studio, or Holding Co. - never per user, per domain, or per mailbox.

What’s new

The iOS app could show its login screen and nothing else, because its origin wasn't allowed through the API's CORS policy — that's fixed, and the app works end to end again. Account deletion is reliable now too, after a multi-round fix to the third-party verification integration guarding that page.
