I am unable to play particular videos for which I complained multiple times. Despite my all efforts to raise complaint, my issue is still not resolved. This issue of not being able to play certain videos is happening all over again and the technical team is not fixing the problem despite more than a week has elapsed. Edit- Finally After 3 weeks, my issue has been resolved and I'm able to play those particular videos. Thanks to the technical team and J Sahu.

I am unable to use the home page on which videos, q bank, GT was available for which I complained multiple times. Despite my all efforts to raise complaint, my issue is still not resolved. using this app since my 3rd year but every now and then there is a bug 🐛😔 , don't know what is their technical team doing , 👺worst interphase I have ever experienced, complete waste of money ( although teachers are best 🤌🤌) app seems to be --> rough , data consuming , q bank restart if you left it in the middle # am a loyal student of dams --> but after encountering same glitches again and again am frustrated 🥴 and started loosing my faith ...,.
