Love this app!!! The notifications for when new items are added are awesome. The app is very easy to use, has a search feature, and you can track all your previous orders too. Plus, you can waitlist items you really want! That way they know what to restock. Clothes, shoes, outerwear, and fun food/snack items that they love and share with their group. Check it out!! **update, they can do live feed through the app for all the new items. So cool!

I've never had an issue at all, within this app. Shipping is free, if you spend a certain amount. If you do pay for shipping, shipping is then free for your subsequent purchases, for the next 12 hours. You can browse merchandise within the app and on your account page you can ask questions & they get back to you relatively quick. They're very kind and friendly.

The ELB app is so easy to shop from; not to mention the fantastic items sold from this company. However, sometimes, when purchasing items, I will get a message saying I have insufficient funds. I immediately check my balance with my bank seeing I have plenty of money and there is nothing I can do about it when I mostly shop at night .
