Ratings and reviews

I'd like to first say that I haven't used this app in quite a long while. I like the older versions of the app much better. There were much larger varieties of items to choose to look at from multiple brands and categories. Now it seems that most of this apps charm has been lost. Especially due to the lack of variety and the repetitive appearance of products. Currently not a fan of the app.

I've purchased products on Touch Of Modern about a dozen times or so the last few years. While I will continue to shop on TOM, I do have some grievances. The shipping time it takes for most products is just to long. I've waited months to get an item. Also TOM'S marketing can be deceitful. They do am amazing job with advertising and presentation. Many products don't have the same quality you would expect from the listing. Also many times you can get the same product much cheaper elsewhere.

Be very careful with this app. It looks appealing, but it has plenty to work on. I ordered simple soles for my feet about 4 weeks ago and I have not recieved them. I emailed support and they said it's still in the warehouse (Even though it says 2-3 weeks shipping). This app is super cool to browse, but the shipping and price can be a bit much. My advice: Download the app and browse collection. Find something you like and then go on Amazon to buy it for a cheaper price with faster shipping.
