They promised you a $25 gift card for completing the evaluation with a medical professional. I never got mine. Getting help has been a hassle. And on top of all that, the app is poorly designed--the app heavily relies on typing input, but then designs the app to have your keyboard cover up what you're typing so you can't see if you've made any typos...if they lied to me about the $25 gift card, they'll lie to you, too.

I have Android v10 with dark mode turned on in my settings, which I like and want to keep that way. No problems at all with any other apps. When using this app and entering my temperature, it's white text on white background, so I can't see what I'm actually entering. It has been doing this for a couple months now, and it's very annoying. Please fix!

I haven't been able to use it since the agreement options were added. I can't click on the boxes because they are on the left side, and the text won't zoom in or out to allow the boxes to show in the screen. I've checking in on the website, but it is also asking EVERY single day to agree and consent. Please fix this. Thank you.
