Worst airline on the planet. Not only was the plane delayed by 1 hour and 30 minutes, for some unknown reason it stopped in Antalya to drop off and pick up passengers like it's a bus or something. The tickets were a direct flight to Cairo, no indication of any stop. We were supposed to arrive in Cairo at 8.40 PM, it is now 9.10 PM and we are in Antalya. I missed my connecting flight because of this. Ridiculous, I would not recommend this airline to my worst enemy

Pathetic service by airline. Took the SM65 flight from Luxor to Cairo. Flight was delayed by 2+ hours, and extremely poor/ lack of communication. Upon landing, bags took more than 45 mins to start coming on the belt. And 15 mins after that for bags to come. Additionally, the app itself has a horrible interface. And most of the times, the check-in doesn't work.

Terrible experience! My flight from Cairo to Sharm El-Sheikh was delayed from 6:15 PM to 11 PM with no clear updates or communication. Even worse, they merged two flights—mine and one to hurgada—turning a 1-hour trip into a 2+ hour mess. No proper service, no respect for passengers, just chaos. This airline is unreliable and unprofessional. Save yourself the stress—avoid it completely!
