I made an order and it's 3 hours late and calling the customer service doesn't help as they are all incompetent and do nothing to help. Also, item replacement is useless as the employees there won't actually replace anything and ignore it.

They said I am in the delivery zone I waited 2hours for the order and when finally the order was out for delivery the delivery man told me I am out of delivery zone and cancelled the order contacted CS twice and they could not assist also the prices increased after I placed the order in my cart and and 3 items went out of stock and they removed them from the order very disappointed

Better visit the store. the inventory isn't well calculated where you could order something and you get notified to replace it as its unavailable & if the replacement is also unavailable, they will cancel the item from the order & send you the rest. also the delivery doesn't come even in their arranged time frame. your way to contact the Customer service team is to message them & they will respond within 2 days. The experience could improve, definitely.
