no good without good trained staff . apps works but if you have an issue with the bank probably they will give you the run around or they will tell you it's been taking care of, just to get high number on personal or bank call review. but nothing was really was done.

"I have been using SNB for a long time, but the service is very poor. I tried to add my Barq account and transfer money, but it did not work. The process is long and complicated. I received a call in Arabic which I could not understand. Sarie service also failed with errors. No proper customer support in the app. Very disappointing."

a user friendly and supportive app and the bank.but please make it easy to talk to your CSRs on phone.i tried many time to register my complaint by call but I found confusing menu options directing long ways.its my humble suggestion.
