I can't access my tickets thru this trash app, and I can't access them thru Ticketmaster directly. I've tried two phones and a desktop computer. How am I supposed to get in if it does this?

I've used this app for a while now. It barely functions no matter what phone I'm using. I'm currently on a Pixel and no matter what I select it says "I'm not authorized for this request". Sometimes it will still work, sometimes I can not get past the home screen. It's very frustrating.

Horrible app. Installed weeks ago and none of the problems have been fixed. Also the fact we can't earn points anymore is a deal breaker for me. Without earning points there is no need for the app. I can get all the info this app gives in more reliable places.
