About this app

HRAgo allows you to view your account balance, as well specific account activity and history on your Funded HRA, FSA, and HSA accounts.

You can also submit claims, submit benefits card supporting documentation*, update your contact information, make investment allocation changes**, and update your account preferences directly from your mobile phone or tablet device.

Prior to using HRAgo, you’ll need to have an existing portal user account. If you haven’t already registered your HRA/FSA/HSA account under your plan’s respective website, please do this first. Once registered, you can use the same portal account credentials to access your account via HRAgo.

Works well unless you are taking multiple pictures. It will only submit with one picture. Once you try to attach 2 or more, it says there was an error attaching the images. Please fix this, as you can't submit a claim with one picture and then submit extra pictures. Once the claim is submitted, you can't edit or change it or add more documentation. So I assume this means I will get denied because it doesn't have all of the pictures, and then I will be able to submit extra pictures when asked

submitting a claim on mobile is incredibly difficult. You can only use image files for supporting documents & 99% of my medical documentation is PDF files so I had to convert and download them as images. once done I could only upload one image file of a two page document, the 2nd kept saying "oh no! failed to upload from my photos" so I stitched the two together deleted the 1st image file, and tried to submit the single file and then I kept getting the same error and couldn't upload anything!

Tried calling for 2 days no response other than go online to find answer. Want to talk to a person instead of emailing back and forth..calls are recorded? There should be other options available to not so savy seniors. Update.. 1-4-26 spoke with Bridgette several times and she has provided outstanding live customer service.. they have definitely improved their level of service.
