Face & Palm Recognition
Employees enroll once (done by an admin) and then simply look at the camera or hold up their palm to check in or out. Matching happens in real time against their own company's enrolled employees only.
Works Offline
If the internet connection drops, check-ins are queued on the device and automatically submitted the moment connectivity returns — nobody has to re-scan or manually re-enter anything.

Each kiosk is activated to one specific company using a device ID and PIN issued by your organization's admin. A kiosk can only ever see and match employees from its own company — data from different companies is fully isolated at the database level.

Designed to run in kiosk/pinned mode on a wall-mounted or desk-mounted tablet: screen stays awake, orientation stays locked, and the interface is optimized for walk-up use rather than personal phone use.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Your company admin sets up Emplo Kiosk from the Emplo Admin Portal (web) and gets a device ID + PIN for this tablet.
2. An authorized person enters that device ID and PIN once to activate the kiosk.
3. Employees are enrolled (face and/or palm) by an admin using the same tablet's PIN-gated enrollment screen.
4. From then on, employees simply walk up, scan, and go — attendance is recorded automatically and shows up in real time in the Emplo Admin Portal for payroll and reporting.
PRIVACY
Emplo Kiosk does not store photos. Face and palm scans are converted on-device into a mathematical representation (an "embedding") that cannot be reversed back into an image — only that representation is stored, purely to recognize employees at check-in time. Emplo Kiosk requires an active Emplo company account, set up by your employer through the Emplo Admin Portal. It is not a general consumer app — it is deployed and configured company-by-company.
