WORST APP EVER!!! If you can don't even bother joining empower. This 3rd world app was made in the 80's and has never been updated. Every time I use it my blood pressure rises and I contemplate taking all of my money and leaving. The 103 people who gave it 5 stars definitely work for the company because no one in their right mind would ever give this a 5 star review.
The whole point of the app is to avoid going into the bank of not needed. Waiting on hold is supposed to be eliminated with the app. I spend more time waiting than actually using the app. It takes way too long to load. Something needs to be fixed. I am already planning on moving to another bank. I don't always have time to go across town to spend twenty minutes at the bank.
I cannot pay bills anymore using this app. I used to be able to but since updates a number of months ago when I select "Confirm Payment" nothing happens. I've contacted the credit union and no one was able to help. Agree that with all the technology available one fundamental thing clients should be able to do is to pay their bills with this mobile app....But with recent updates I can no longer...
Has always been just a ok app, but now it is about useless. Trying to pay a bill while out of town, but it won't sumitt the payment. Seriously thinking about moving my business to another credit union. In this modern age a financial institution that can't put out a reliable phone app for it's customers to do their banking is doomed to failure. Please fix this NOW!
The app used to work fine, but since I updated it 2 days ago I am unable to actually view my accounts.
I was not able to even log in due to not being allowed to insert my birthdate. Need to redo this app
