About this app

Hi. My name is Artem.

I want to tell you why I created this app.

25 years ago, when I was 16, my girlfriend left me. Nothing unusual, right? But my body reacted as if a catastrophe had happened.

A “bioshock” — that’s what it’s called. Chronic inflammation, dermatitis covering 90% of my face, 56 kilos of weight. Everything hurt and itched. Every day. For years.

Doctors couldn’t really understand what was happening. And I couldn’t understand the real reason: why did I react so heavily to something that happens to millions of people?

I only found the answer many years later. My parents often sent me alone to other cities when I was a kid. That created a wound of abandonment. And when the girl left — everything collapsed into a single point. My body couldn’t handle it.

When traditional medicine fails, you have two choices: give up or keep searching.

I searched for 25 years.

Psychoanalysis. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Hypnosis. Systemic constellations. Esoterics. I built a team — psychologists, psychiatrists, neurophysiologists — and methodically tested everything that promised to help.

Some things helped for a while. Some didn’t work at all. I didn’t give up — I kept analyzing, looking for patterns, trying to understand the mechanisms.

And here’s what I discovered:

The problem isn’t what happened to you. The problem is in the invisible patterns — how your mind interprets what happens, how it reacts automatically, what conclusions it jumps to on autopilot.

These patterns form over years. They are invisible. But they are exactly what keeps us stuck — in relationships, in work, in health, in how we see ourselves.

Vipassana turned out to be the method that allowed me to truly see these patterns.

Not read about them in a book. Not understand them logically. But actually see how they work in real time — right now — in your body, your thoughts, your reactions.

Vipassana is the practice of seeing things as they are. Without the filters of fear, expectation, or habit. And when you start noticing your automatic reactions, you gain a choice. You can act differently.

It’s not fast. But 5–10–15 minutes a day — and something gradually shifts. You notice the moment the old habit tries to kick in. And you can choose not to follow it.

One Meditation is an app for daily Vipassana practice.

But not that faceless kind you fall asleep to. I wanted a practice that feels alive. That speaks to me by name. That adapts to what’s happening in my life right now. Where I don’t scroll through hundreds of recordings — I just open the app and get exactly what I need today.

Here’s what I built:

• The app knows your name and adjusts the practice to your current situation. It’s not a template — it’s truly for you.
• Based fully on classical Vipassana. No magic, no mysticism — just a practice that has worked for thousands of years.
• Every day — a new, personal meditation. Open the app, press play, practice. That’s it.
• A timer for silent practice — with real singing bowls or without.
• A streak & stats — because consistency is what matters most. Ten minutes every day beats an hour once a month.

I’m not promising instant miracles.

Vipassana doesn’t solve problems for you. It helps you see what’s holding you in place. And when you see it — you can choose differently.

It’s a path. A long one. But it works.

I walked it. And I want you to have the tool I wish I had 25 years ago.
