I had the wrong idea about meditation and thought it was not for me. I started with the podcast and it has been a life changer so I tried one of the meditation challenges and it was amazing. The podcast and this app are a great resource and have helped me get through challenging moments, but have also helped me to enjoy "regular" days more by learning to have an appreciation for everything that I get to do.

Absolutely worth the cost. I can find meditations to suit almost any mood and I have meditated daily for 200+ days in a row. I'm bemused by how accomplished I feel when I see all the days in row I've meditated rolling past after each meditation session ends. So many great resources in one place- I've found some amazing teachers via this app & the associated podcasts,plus the challenges and a whole section devoted to sleep. A valuable resource especially in these troubled times

Great way to get started. 10% Happier meets you where you are, novice to advanced and gives you tools as well as a clear path to follow. As with any journey inward, it is impossible to see every twist and turn, but the app gives you access to many tools like targeted meditations and even can connect you with a guide, if you see a need. All in all a great app that has broadened my practice
