They started charging my account $29.99 per month after I got an LG V20 that was no longer compatible with their services. They never charged me this fee when I was running all my credit cards from my business. About 1 month after I stopped they decided to tac on a monthly fee. For what??? They gave me nothing and charged me $30 a month for nothing... This company is terrible.
Really disappointed with this. Nexus 7 (2012), Nexus 4, Nexus 5X - Not a single one of these devices has been compatible with their mobile card reader for some inexplicable reason.
update: 8-24-2017. Well I spoke too soon. I orinally gave these guys a 5 star until they asked for my customer phone number to verify 2 transactions. Two of My customers products came out to $210 and $500. Now they want to.talk to my customers. lol. If you have charges over $200, they will need invoices, phone numbers and emails so they can bug ypur customer. . I told them to KICK ROCKS I have refunded the funds they are holding and signed up with SUMUP. SUMUP is new to the USA and do not hold funds and do not set limits!! Easy to set up. If you are tired of funds being held and merchants wanting to contact your customers find the app called SumUp and leave these fake jokers alone!!!! SumUp is a hands off merchant provider and do not bug yoy. Now i can spend more time dealing with my customers and growing my business instead of dealing with merchants!! EMS IS A WASTE OF TIME JUST LILE 99% OF USA PROCESSORS. TRY SUMUP!! YOU WILL THANK ME LATER!!! Old review:: Someone said, go to PayPal or Stripe instead of this company. But Paypal and Stripe are both at the bottom of the barrel. I hate merchant companies with reviews of holding funds!! This is a pure disregard for the next man business. I filled out an online app but i dont wont to be the victim of holds!! Update Aug 13:: The negative comments must be fake reviews or from thier compettion. This company should have a 5 star rating, should be Googles Editors Pick and surely have the potential to put Square, Paypal and Stripe out of thier misery. The app itself do not have all the glits and glamour like some of the others but who cares? What impress me is the quick deposits!! I Recieved first deposit in 2 days with no issues and no holds. Set up and approval took less than 1 hour. My customers are happy because i can now fill orders in 3 days and no more excuses about merchant holds!! Cash flow is important and this company really understand this fact. We are about to invest in doing crazy SEO and our sales are about to increase. Here comes the real test!! However, overall the best app for the Professional Business Owners who is a go getter. Still upset it's not compatible with more phone and tablets. Really wish the next update would revert back to putting the tip After the card is swiped. It's really awkward handing my clients my phone to see their total and them having to decide right then if or what to tip, and then hand it back for me to swipe. Then give it back again so they can sign.
