I found this app installed and active when unlocking my phone while I Never installed it ! This app was proposed to by Google Ask AI from Google Play to pick amongst other options, I only looked at the description: Bluetooth + a proprietary USB dongle needed instead of plain USB HID emulation needed via OTG port of the phone. This is weird !!

It doesn't work I tried to connect to nearby devices but it doesn't work it doesn't really connect too bad

This must be a hard to make because nobody can do it. Doesn't even connect to PC.
