Ratings and reviews

App crashes takes forever to load. I waited 15 minutes just for it to load so I could place my order. Placing order is to many clicks. Once I placed the order it was another 20 minutes loading. Finally just closed the app. Opened it back up to see if anything went threw it showed invoice but can't click anything till it finishes load. This is ridiculous. At least the other app was user friendly. If you don't have reps to come by or call make it easy on us.

It's usable however when I search an item it should only list that item. Example, I search Busch and first thing that comes up is Beach Day then Becks then Busch. Why? Also a list we choose based on items we carry versus recently bought. some things take longer to sell than others. Then I'm back to having to use a very poor search again.

this is so nice for placing orders, glad my distributor moved to this platform though I do miss talking directly with a sales rep. I have changed the review to 1 star. Accidently opened the support agent AI. After that, it only opens the app to the agent. I testarted phone, force stopped app, always the useless AI. Seamless integration, team.
