The iPhone version of the app has the ability to rescan a page during scanning. For some reason, the Android app does not. If you're scanning multiple pages, you'd better pray that you get them all right the first time or you'll have to start over again.

Works occasionally. Frequently goes into loading circle of doom after I enter the case number and have to power off and power on my phone to get it to work.

Something happened that we can scan but after it says it uploaded completely nothing happens and we are trying to contact the support team to tell us what is going on this is new it keeps asking us to install the HIPAA device it never happened before will somebody help us please thank you
