payment factor authentication is not working transaction made from bank but order didn't appear on application

Pathetic service! took me almost 2.5 hrs to collect my order (from app) extremely slow service and they don't care about delivering on time. the staff does not know anything about the app or cancellation. Extremely disappointed!

Worst ordering experience ever. It doesn't let you pay when you pick up and it doesn't accept my payment methods. I tried a Visa card and a mada card. Nothing works. Useless app
