Constantly freezes. When working, doesn't identify the station or gives me more stations in the same spot. If we identify the station, it doesn't link with the pump. I had it for 2 months, and it never worked for me. Very frustrating. The poor, uneducated employees can't help. I caked l called customer service many times, they say nice things, promise to call me back, but never did. This app is getting uninstalled.

Terrible App. It sent me atleast 6 mobile pins before finally accepting one. It takes so long just to send a verification pin. It takes too long to send a simple confirmation sms. Also, when I tried to add a card or link a card, I went through the process (which you can only do from the settings). It debited AED 1 but it still did not credit it back to my account. Further, my card was never even added! It just took 1 dirham from me. You're better off using the website. Don't try the app.save time

I am having very bad experience with ENOC App, most of time their app is not working and need to add points manually through their yes app that also system is not updating, if by chance app is working then again you will not get points, every time need to send email then they will update points. Because of that now most of the time I try to avoid ENOC petrol station.
