Some site changing zoom coffee planet machine with Nescafé Zoom So now two machines on the site Nescafé and Nescafé so no multiple choices it's a very bad idea from intelligent management You give the Zoom brand name to the same coffee you had before so no change Don't think the customer is stupid You're forcing the customers to buy only Nescafé I have a subscription on the app but it'll be my last subscription month We pay money to select our coffee choice not Zoom management's choice

In recent times it is crashing, as soon as you open on Samsung A71. at so many occasions, even after showing the App and getting an OK from the staff, no points got credited. already the point system is less rewarding and on top of it, no points for half of the transactions. I don't find it worth the space in phone, Even customer care confirms a resolution in 72 hours, however I have seen over 10 days of chaise to get the missing points, despite of presenting the receipt.

Zoom transactions aren't awarded with points anymore it seems - my 4 last transactions haven't been acknowledged. What's more, call verification is as long as if I was calling a bank. Points redemption has been blocked as I have exceeded fuel transactions in a month, and the fact that I simply drive a lot doesn't seem to matter. 😂 Its time to start using other, possibly better apps.
