After activating my account without adding tag right away (it was middle of the night and I didn't want to go out to get the tag from the car) I couldn't add tag to my account. I get notification that no tags are registered and thats it. Very bad experience.

Attention! This application wont't let you to add and top up an existing prepaid tag. It allows you only to order a new postpaid one via physical mail. Welcome to the 90s.

Why can't I just register an existing TAG without buying it? I've already bought TAG and want to check balance and top-up it online - but this system seems not having this option. Useless.
