only 34%delivery rate. raised a support ticket for almost every parcel. even customers are follow up multiple times for order delivery but courier not delivering the parcel. support staff just escalating the things to courier companies but result is zero. they earns from your hard money. not recommended. closing the account.

i rechared wallet by rs 700 as sh7bham said, i create an order which was not picked for 10 days even after multiple complaints no one came to pickup. Finally we had to cancel delivery. we asked for refund also pending since last 7 days. pathetic service and response.

A new user interface has been added and general issues have been resolved. Additionally, all the functionalities of the web platform have been included in the mobile application, such as quotes, ecommerce pro, payments and billing, my shipments, buyer experience, among others.
