Envia is a multi carrier shipping platform to ship to the USA or internationally. All your shipments have insurance against loss or theft. You can also apply for credit and financing if needed.

I have had the worst experience with Envia. Shubham was my account manager, he doesn't give a flying F to any of my problems. All shipments sent undelivered and its been 15 days and i still haven't received the product back. I called each and every customer and all of them said, no delivery attempt was made and no call was made as well. I am totally disappointed and will never recommend this fraud company to anyone. One shipment was delivered and my money is stuck in Ecart pay and no help here

Purchased two shipping labels and the carrier damaged both packages. These guys refused to cover the damages because apparently we only had 48 hours after delivery to report it. I contacted them immediately after I found out about the damage and they NEVER mentioned having a 48 hour window in order to submit documents. I requested for them to refund us for the labels purchased as the products were not delivered properly and they refused. Be careful with these crooks!

They are not good in their Job. Many Times they don't try to deliver and Booked RTO without any discussion with sender and also charge for RTO without telling any to sender. Many times my company gave them thousands of Rupees to hold parcel some time and after some time they Book RTO. Our clients were asking for parcel but they booked RTO without any communication. This is totally unprofessional behaviour and their coustomer care is total waste 😖 .

What’s new

New version of the application!
A new user interface has been added and general issues have been resolved. Additionally, all the functionalities of the web platform have been included in the mobile application, such as quotes, ecommerce pro, payments and billing, my shipments, buyer experience, among others.
