love the app and use it all the time, except now I can't use it. I'm not sure what's happened but I tried opening the app a couple of days ago and got an error message so can no longer get it to work? I did do a submit error report but still not able to open it 🤔 shall I uninstall and reinstall it or will I get charged to do that? update tried uninstalling it and reinstalling, unfortunately I'm still getting the same error message.

This is a great app, however l had it for 1 month and now l can't get into it.

My app is broken. Domain undefined. Error Code -1. Please tell me how to correct this.
