About this app

Bayernwerk Netz GmbH is providing a new and free service platform for all Bayernwerk Netz GmbH customers.

Note: Users of the customer portal can log in to the app with the same access data (e-mail address and password).

You are not yet a registered customer? No problem, use the guest access in our app.

The functions of the app and your advantages:

1) Meter reading acquisition
With the app you can transmit the required meter reading manually or via OCR recognition.

What is OCR?
OCR stands for "Optical Character Recognition" and is simply referred to as text recognition in German. This means that the Bayernwerk Netz app reads the meter reading as a number format using the OCR software and your mobile phone camera. All you have to do is hold your camera in front of your meter and your meter reading will be recognized within a few seconds (no need to snap a photo).

You can then send off the recorded meter reading and will receive a confirmation by e-mail in a few minutes.

2) My meter readings
Here you can view all meter readings that we have recorded in the billing system.

3) Consumption history
In your consumption history you will find all your consumptions, except for the voluntary readings (intermediate readings), listed in graphic and tabular form.

4) My area
Here you can view your personal data, as well as frequently asked questions and answers (FAQ) about the app.

5) News
You have chosen online communication! All messages are contained under "Your mailbox". If you need help, you can also contact “Support”

6) More (fault information, house connections, etc.)

Use:
You can use our Bayernwerk Netz app in just three steps:

Step 1 = Download the app
Download the app here in the Google Play Store.

Step 2 = Registration in the app
Under the link "Register" you can create a new customer account, which you can use for our customer portal and for the Bayernwerk Netz App. For this you need your contract account and business partner number. If you already have a customer portal account, you can continue with step 3.

Step 3 = Login to app
Log in to the app with your access data and get started. Customer portal users who are already registered can log in to our app with the same access data.

Beim Push-Nachricht -bildschirm geht es nicht weiter - egal ob man Nein oder Ja klickt. Mit Back geht es auch nicht zurück. App müsste gekillt werden. Unglaublich schlecht gemacht.
