About this app

E.DIS Netz GmbH provides a free service platform for all E.DIS Netz customers.

Note: Users of the customer portal can log in to the app with the same login details (email address and password).

1) Meter reading
With the app, you can submit the required meter reading manually, via photo upload, or using OCR recognition.

What is OCR?

OCR stands for "Optical Character Recognition" and is simply called text recognition. This means that the E.DIS Netz app uses OCR software and your smartphone's camera to read the meter reading as a numerical format. To do this, simply hold your camera in front of your meter, and your meter reading will be recognized within a few seconds (taking a photo is not necessary).

You can then submit the recorded meter reading and receive confirmation via email within a few minutes.

2) History
Here you can view all meter readings that we have recorded in the billing system.

3) Energy Data
In the energy data section, you will find all your consumption data, except for voluntary readings (interim readings), listed graphically and in tabular form.

4) Feed-in
Here you will find information and all relevant data about your feed-in system, can adjust your monthly payment, and view and download your statements.

5) My Area
Here you can view and change your personal data.

6) Messages
You have opted for online communication! All messages are located here.

Usage:

You can use our E.DIS Network App in just three steps:

Step 1 = Download the App
Download the app here from the Google Play Store.

Step 2 = Register in the App
Click the "Register" link to create a new customer account, which you can use for our customer portal and the E.DIS Network App. You will need your contract account number and business partner number. If you already have a customer portal account, you can skip directly to Step 3.

Step 3 = Log in to the App
Log in to the app with your access data and get started. Customer portal users who are already registered can log in to our app with the same access data.
