App is useless and stressful to use just like the previous version. Had to change my password but the system of this app is sooo laggy and buggy. Face recognition feature can barely recognize a face and can't easily catch on the eye movements. So, I have to repeat multiple times. Then, comes the OTP. Now this one is the THE WORST. Waited for 300 seconds for the OTP to be sent but it never came. Pressed the resend button and waited again. Repeated this for more than an hour but no OTP was sent.

Your facial recognition is the most frustrating process I've ever experienced. On my first and second attempt, the application seems to load forever after submitting all of the necessary info and passing the facial recognition. On my third attempt, I have to repeat multiple times looking on the dots for my face to be recognized. Even though I followed the instructions properly, still it failed to recognize my face. So the application for opening an EON account won't proceed.

While I had no issues logging in unlike the others...honestly what is the point of this app? I downloaded it to stop the incessant promotional messaging on my email and texts. But there is nothing that this app does that isn't done better and with more payment/transfer channels than the official UB app itself. :/ It feels a bit pointless to have it on my phone when the UB app does everything it does and more.
