About this app

Eos Care is a remote addiction clinic: an addiction specialist and a nurse provide teleconsultations to help you quit alcohol, stop smoking, or overcome any other addiction. Medical follow-up is covered by French Social Security, with no waiting time, anywhere in France.

FOLLOW-UP CARE FOR EVERY ADDICTION
- Alcohol: quitting or reducing consumption, preparing for alcohol withdrawal, consolidating abstinence after treatment
- Tobacco: quitting smoking, managing nicotine withdrawal and nicotine replacement therapies (patches, gum, vaping)
- Cannabis: understanding your addiction and changing your consumption
- Cocaine and other drugs: specialized and confidential follow-up
- Medications: misuse or dependence on sleeping pills and anxiolytics
- Behavioral addictions: gambling, sports betting, screen time

TRUE MEDICAL FOLLOW-UP IN ADDICTION TREATMENT
- A dedicated addiction specialist physician and nurse, both with expertise in addiction medicine
- Two teleconsultations per week, three times more than in a standard treatment plan
- An initial consultation with a healthcare professional within a few days, instead of the average two months
- Your healthcare professionals are reachable by messaging and phone between consultations
- Support groups Online, video-based sessions led by healthcare professionals: move forward with others who also want to quit alcohol, tobacco, or another addiction.

- Psychologists are available if you would like additional support.

COVERED BY SOCIAL SECURITY
Medical consultations are 100% reimbursed by the French National Health Insurance (Assurance Maladie), with direct billing. Depending on your coverage, you may need to pay the remaining portion upfront, and you will be reimbursed within a few days. Psychological support is billed separately.

- Consumption tracking: record your daily alcohol, cigarette, or other substance use
- Well-being tracking: mood, sleep, anxiety, and cravings

- Your prescriptions and reports all in one place
- At the slightest warning sign, your healthcare team sees it and intervenes

Eos supports you if you want to quit or at least reduce your consumption, prepare for a detox program, consolidate your abstinence after hospitalization, or complement existing support (addiction treatment center, hospital, general practitioner). Your addiction treatment is coordinated with the healthcare professionals already involved in your care.
