I like the Follow My Health App much better. It was loaded with info and was interactive. There is nothing useful in this app. It lets you see a few test results, meds, and when your upcoming appointments are scheduled. That's it. I could see conditions, dates of prior visits, diagnosises and Dr. Notes before. Maybe this app is still in development, but why stop the old one when this is clearly not ready?

This app is horrible. Follow My Health app was much better. You can no longer see your chart summary notes. You have to deal with a middle man when trying to communicate with your PA, with Follow My Health you could text directly to your PA. I had a question about my labs and they want me to make an appointment in person or I can do a telecommunication with a stranger, insurance won't cover a visit one week after my last visit so I can get a question answered. Terrible system.

I could accomplish much more with the old FOLLOW MY HEALTH APP. I downloaded this Epic Life Applications (cute name) today to help resolve medical needs and discovered we don't have the ability to email/message HEALTH Care providers.. The chat SLOWLY answers only ONE question and makes it impossible to obtain the information exchange necessary to coordinate. This 'AI- bot' experience is not for me. People are an integral part of caring for human beings. Feels like Doctor Web MD. 😥
