I self authenticed my sim and showed me a congratulations screen but the sim did not work, couldn't redo it due to vague error, I called Orange support and they told me that I have to visit them to re-authenticate, I don't understand this dummy process; I bought the sim from their branch, they took a copy of my ID and I've signed documents there, why do I have to use the app and self authenticate ? they re-authenticed my sim which means they can do it themselves in first place!

Self registration always fails, I tried it on multiple devices, at the end I had to go to customer service office and register there. App needs a lot of enhancements

extremely bad experi2nce, line data does not work, esim does not work, verification by sanad done stillnask to verify with this stupid confusing app, all other companies you buy sim verify online and use esim in 2 minutes, except this company, buy sim online, wait 2 days to get it, then you need 2 visits and wait 1 hour each time, and still not working
