Self registration always fails, I tried it on multiple devices, at the end I had to go to customer service office and register there. App needs a lot of enhancements

extremely bad experi2nce, line data does not work, esim does not work, verification by sanad done stillnask to verify with this stupid confusing app, all other companies you buy sim verify online and use esim in 2 minutes, except this company, buy sim online, wait 2 days to get it, then you need 2 visits and wait 1 hour each time, and still not working

The application is very hard to use , barcode feature is not working and took me long time to get it working and i had to get back to customer service for it to work
