This app doesn't even deserve one star, I've ordered a card only wifi before yesterday, i was supposed to receive it yesterday between 2-4pm, I received the card on 9pm in addition to the card being inactivated from the company, I contacted their help team totally nonhelpfull as I am talking to a robot with no real response, I didn't get any help, I asked for a refund and returning the card but still no help I'm asking now for my money back! I'm sure other companies would be delighted to help.

the most incompetent tech support i have ever experienced. i had trouble with my fiber router. i called half a dozen times and each time all they did is to pretend they are troubleshooting the problem but all they did is reboot the router and hang up the phone so they dont have to check if their bogus fix worked. not a single tech support agent waited to see if my problem has been fixed. then they send you links that dont work so you cant give them the evaluation they deserve. no tracking nmbr

mediocre customer support. all they know is to reboot your router. never follow up with you to see if your problem is solved. reboot and hang up on you. incompetent people
