When using this with my computer and phone, I've noticed a tendency for this to not let audio from my computer play. If I force the headset function to kick in on the computer and turn that off, the audio will continue to play after switching back. These headphones do a great job of cancelling background noises for conferences. no one can hear others in my environment.

I'm trying to connect the 660 to the app... good luck, y'all! It ain't gonna happen any time soon. Can't believe that after paying an arm and a leg... their app is absolute garbage since it doesn't even connect. Even worse... none of them seems to really care to fix their app! UPDATE 9/26/25 : I finally decided to give it a go again to see what this app has to offer. This time around it worked. I was able to connect my headset. But that's it. The app has pretty much nothing to offer.

Enjoy your beta testing product - can't tell if the issues I've had are this app or the headphone hardware, but as indicated by every review ever of the ADAPT 660, the proximity sensors do not work at all for their intended purpose. Good luck disabling the related "Smart Pause" feature, because it's ignored. I cannot tell you how many times I have come close to snapping these in half because they REPEATEDLY put my calls on hold for no reason at all. Return them while you still can.
