Sucks big time. They keep updating their app 100's of times. Their tech support is worst I've seen, might as well be non-existent. Takes days to solve any kind of problem. Do not know why I continue with this bank. Cannot access my mobile banking for days on end. Best Part was my phone number was linked to one of their loan customers because of some idiot employee's carelessness. All I hear is very sorry for the inconvenience, but a solution- Not forthcoming. Should just close my accts.

Not sure whats the point of this app when none of the In-App options work/ function. 90% of the time, the app has 'something went wrong' error and then when this doesn't show, no part of account details are displayed. Useless app! Seems bank just wanted to have presence in PlayStore so they created the app and gathering Data of individuals.

Recently I got credit card, I have done some transactions & now I want to convert these transactions into EMI, but when I contacted customer care executive, she advised me that I don't have any offer for EMI conversion, also it came to my knowledge that fees payments for any educational institution is not eligible for EMI conversion, then I am unable to understand that what is the use of this card limit. Very unprofessional & facilities are not customer friendly. I very much disappointed.
