Very disappointing experience. The bank claims to deliver the welcome letter, but no delivery person ever comes, and the letter gets returned without any attempt. Because of this, my account was wrongly frozen, and bank staff were sent to my home for address verification. They even took photos of my house, which was very uncomfortable, intrusive, and honestly a very insulting moment for me. The bank really needs to improve its service and customer handling.

"I was using mobile banking smoothly on the previous version of the Equitas Small Finance Bank app, but now I’m unable to access my account on the new 2.0 version. The app is not opening properly, and the vKYC option also doesn’t work. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible—it’s causing a lot of inconvenience

I will never recommend anyone to open the account in this bank at the time opening the elite account they had committed that the debit card is totally free and there is no annual fee and now they have debited near about 700 as annual charges. moreover they have downgrade my account to elite customer to regular customer
