Worst banking app I have ever used. It keeps logging me out and does not work properly. Please fix the bugs as soon as possible.

You guys are very pathetic just good for nothing. my saving account got blocked and customer service Desk person says to visit bank to unblock and bank representative person says it will unblock online only. no one takes initiative to help Customer and making their experience very bad. I wanted to give 0 rating but unfortunately there is no 0 in playstore

SMS binding process exceeded 45 seconds and time out during registration. My Honor magic v5 fail to connect from Abroad because it takes more than a minute to send SMS and given time elapse is short. I contacted customer center and they have not acknowledge my query. Can you check and extend the time out in APP
