About this app

The objective of the AVISA app, the Valencian Association of Health Informatics, is to establish a new way of communication with our associates with which to promote the proximity between the association and the rest of ICT health professionals in our environment. In the app you can find the following sections:

AVISA is a non-profit scientific society founded more than 10 years ago, and formed by professionals from the ICT sector of both public and private health and whose purposes according to our statutes are:
a) Improve and promote the use of technologies, information systems and telecommunications applied to public health.
b) Foster the cooperative relationships of ICT health professionals (Territorial Directorates, Central Services, Public and private Health Institutions, companies in the ICT health sector, etc.).
c) Organize and promote training, cultural and study activities among the entire Community of ICT health professionals.
d) Represent the general interests of the associates before the administrative instances and other Organizations.
e) Any others assigned directly or indirectly by the Laws.

AVISA has held for several years a Technical Conference with the participation of ICT health professionals, these conferences have become a reference and meeting point for ICT in Health in the Valencian Community. It also actively participates in other events of interest in the world of ICT along with other organizations.
