bought 1 GB data that was supposed to be valid for a month according to the app, however it was only valid for a week. the customer care on the in app chat was totally clueless and useless. First time using the app and I'm greatly disappointed. it's a pity because the app has a nice interface but when you don't deliver what I paid for, then it's borderline scam

beautiful communication, I haven't seen were the customer service will take there time to call someone personally to explain errors, I selected the wrong Bank name but later the company funded my account with 75% of what I lost. THANK YOU eRecharge.

This app is definitely not as advertised. Their rates are not as cheap as advertised. They are even more expensive than most others that I've used. I wasted my data downloading this app.👎
