Bilaldasub or what is it's name was working fine, until it starts misbehaving when I sent money and it took more than 1 hour before my money was credit, I has a live chat with them, but they are careless and replying with bot, and at some point they stopped replying, then, I choose to continue purchasing gifting plan, and the transactions has been failing since. If I can't purchase my prefer data bundle, then why does your app exist Work on this, and that's when I will return to using your app.

For some time now, I've been experiencing some issues with the app. Though the data is okay but the APP itself and their customer service are very poor. I sent the sum of 3,750 to my wallet for the past 3 or 4 days now and up till this moment, the money hasn't reflect. Contacted their customer service, no response. Called but their number is switched off. Even sent them a message on WhatsApp and email but no response. You guys need to upgrade yourself as this is getting worse.

The level of inconsistency of the app is becoming unbearable. The annoying part is that there will be no notification in regards to the app downtime only to get stuck trying to buy data without any success. Last time I couldn't buy data nor airtime from morning until evening when the network is restored. Same thing has happened that led to me giving this review. Customer care is nothing to write about. I guess I must sort for an alternative app for better result
