Bilaldasub or what is it's name was working fine, until it starts misbehaving when I sent money and it took more than 1 hour before my money was credit, I has a live chat with them, but they are careless and replying with bot, and at some point they stopped replying, then, I choose to continue purchasing gifting plan, and the transactions has been failing since. If I can't purchase my prefer data bundle, then why does your app exist Work on this, and that's when I will return to using your app.

For some time now, I've been experiencing some issues with the app. Though the data is okay but the APP itself and their customer service are very poor. I sent the sum of 3,750 to my wallet for the past 3 or 4 days now and up till this moment, the money hasn't reflect. Contacted their customer service, no response. Called but their number is switched off. Even sent them a message on WhatsApp and email but no response. You guys need to upgrade yourself as this is getting worse.

You see this Bilalsadasub! They have one of the worst customer service, their number is always switched off, they keep responding to you complains ok WhatsApp with automated messages. You'll subscribe data, it won't enter and that's the end of the story, your money is gone, no data received and they will never resolve that issue, they expect you to continue from where you stop. Run away from this App! They can't be trusted... Should I post my screenshots of our chats here? 😡 Return my money!!!
