1. Accessibility Service API:
Pixel Prime uses the AccessibilityService API solely for the "Mechanical Keyboard" feature to detect key press events (TYPE_VIEW_TEXT_CHANGED) and trigger real-time vibration feedback. We DO NOT collect, store, share, or transmit any keystrokes or sensitive information.

2. Call Log Permission (READ_CALL_LOG):
To enable the "Caller Haptics" device automation feature, this app requires the Call Log permission. This is used strictly locally to detect incoming calls and trigger your personalized haptic vibration patterns. Your call logs are processed locally on your device and are NEVER stored, tracked, or shared with any third-party servers.

Data Collection and Sensitive Permissions

1. Call Log Data (READ_CALL_LOG)
Our application requests access to your Call Logs (READ_CALL_LOG permission) exclusively for the core "Caller Haptics" device automation feature.

Purpose: We use this permission to detect incoming call events so the app can automatically trigger specific, user-defined haptic feedback (vibrations) for specific contacts.

Data Handling: We DO NOT collect, store, transmit, upload, or share your call log data, phone numbers, or contact history. All processing happens entirely offline and locally on your device in real-time. Once the haptic feedback is triggered, the call state data is immediately discarded.

2. Accessibility Service
We use the AccessibilityService API exclusively to provide mechanical keyboard haptic feedback. The app detects screen tap events to trigger vibrations. No text, keystrokes, or personal data is collected or stored using this service.

Ratings and reviews

Saw that this app got support for Samsung devices, so I installed it on my S24 Ultra and I've gotta say, I'm really impressed! The haptics feel incredibly precise and super fun, and the app design and overall feel is just next level. Definitely the best app when it comes to haptics hands down! There are some things that stick out to me, like the VERY noticeable lag when using the keyboard haptics, and the dynamic island is way too big compared to the status bar. Otherwise, kudos to these devs!!

Initially, I was disappointed after the new subscription model and had trouble claiming the promised lifetime upgrade. My email was mistakenly marked as spam, causing a delay. However, the Haptix team responded professionally, apologized, verified my purchase, upgraded my account to Prime Elite (AI) Lifetime, and issued a full refund as promised. They honored their commitment to early supporters, and I appreciate how they resolved the issue.

The app is great and new features too, using it since only notification vibration was available. -1 star because I need to make a purchase again for a new tier, even when the app already had the last tier purchased before. Fix the Cloud, it's not working and giving the error only.
