The application provides the following functions:
- Reservation of sleeper carriage beds
- Inquiry about sleeping train times, ticket prices and available seats for reservations
Inquiries about previously booked flights
- Reservation process
Customers of the reservation website can use their same account data to access the application without the need to create a new account

I booked a ticket and the money was deducted from my credit but I didn't receive the ticket , even not found in my trips in the application

Come on guys the app is a totally messed up, first it doesn't show time for the train and even after you fill all the needed data a message appear as " can't book " all the data entered were fine yet the silly message appear and doesn't indicate what's the error ?!!!

Bad translations (have to provide first name, surname, and last name). Required registration, but data can't be re-used for passenger. Confusing pricing (not shown until checkout).
