The user of the application can purchase an electronic ticket for railways, the ticket can be read electronically by the electronic gates and presented for validation by the controller.

To use the application, the user should:

Install the application on your mobile device;
Perform the necessary actions to register in the application (use of the application by unregistered users is not allowed).
Payment for a transport ticket is made using electronic means of payment (payment cards) and other legal methods of online payment. Payment is made in compliance with the requirements of the PCI DSS standard.

Ratings and reviews

After the last update, dates from the next month cannot be selected even if they are within 15 days. Example: Today is 29 Nov, but 2 Dec cannot be selected although the difference is only 3 days. Please fix this by validating the day difference (≤ 15 days) without restricting by month.

The app isn't working correctly. There are issues with Visa payments, and the app keeps crashing during checkout. Please review and fix the app. Payment should be automatic since Visa is registered in the app store, and there's no need to add it again in the app. The app doesn't work during checkout.

"I am absolutely frustrated with this app. It logged me out automatically, and despite resetting my password, I have not received the activation code for over a day. My attempts to reach support have been completely ignored. This level of service is unacceptable, and I demand an immediate resolution."
