Really bad.... Purchased yearly plan... Now trying to activate it on my smart sony tv and can see the activation code, but no where in their eros now app, do we see an option or space, to get through the smart TV login page. Written an email to support, but no reply.. Neither any support call or chat option available.... Really sad... Simply got stuck with my money

Embarrassment: 1) NO 5.1 sound available, let alone Dolby vision or atmos. This is a big letdown for 70 dollars a year 2) Cannot switch off subtitles 3) Navigating through menu is pain as it automatically selects without pressing enter 4) UI is so sad

It is awfully bad.nit able to connect to my android TV,lg smart TV even after making payment.tried everything possible. I am able to see Erosnow on android mobile, bot ni sucess in connecting to TV. After downloading eronow app on TV it says enter activation code on mobile for activation. There is no place to enter activation code on mobile. I have tried all possible ways,but no sucess. I have written about 50 mails to Eros Now support service, but nobody is bothered to reply. It is disgusting
