SLEEPGUARD – PREVENTIVE SAFETY AND OPERATIONAL RESPONSE

SleepGuard is a preventive safety and workplace wellness application designed to improve visibility, traceability, and responsiveness during operations.

HEALTH CONNECT
With user authorization, SleepGuard can read compatible Health Connect data from compatible watches, fitness trackers, phones, and apps, such as sleep, steps, distance, calories, heart rate, and blood oxygen saturation.

Access is read-only. SleepGuard does not modify health records. Permissions can be granted or revoked from within Android.

WORKDAY AND TRACKING
Employees can confirm their workday or shift before using certain features. When enabled by the company and authorized by the employee, SleepGuard allows location tracking to be started and stopped during an active session.

While tracking is active, Android can maintain a location service in the foreground with a persistent notification visible.

Tracking can support recent location, route history, point recovery after temporary loss of connection, and context for SOS or security events.

SOS AND OPERATIONAL ALERTS
SleepGuard includes an SOS function to communicate urgent situations. When appropriate, it can include recent location and be sent to supervisors or authorized security personnel via ERPUS.

Authorized personnel can also issue alerts for severe weather, evacuations, incidents, restrictions, warnings, and normalization notices.

Depending on the alert, the worker may need to confirm receipt and report their safety status:

• Safe Zone
• Vehicle
• Shelter
• I Need Help

If they select “I Need Help,” the event can be escalated to authorized personnel.

NOTIFICATIONS
SleepGuard can use push notifications, sound, vibration, and high priority for important events. Alerts requiring action can remain pending until the response is complete.

MY TIMELINE
The personal timeline can display work hours, synchronizations, preventative alerts, tracking, SOS, operational alerts, read receipts, security status, and help requests.

ERPUS
SleepGuard works in conjunction with the ERPUS web platform. Supervisors and authorized personnel can view dashboards, alerts, SOS, tracking, routes, and other features according to their roles and permissions.

PRIVACY AND NOTICE
SleepGuard uses consent, Android permissions, Health Connect permissions, and ERPUS access controls. Health Connect data is not used for advertising.

SleepGuard is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent diseases. Its indicators are for informational, wellness, and preventative support purposes. Data from compatible devices may be incomplete, delayed, or affected by equipment accuracy.
