Errands With Ease is Nairobi's app for on-demand errand running. Connect with vetted Runners who pick up, drop off, queue, shop or deliver on your behalf — anywhere in the city.

WHAT YOU CAN ASK A RUNNER TO DO

• Pick up and deliver documents, parcels and small items across Nairobi
• Drop something off at a friend, business or government office
• Shop for groceries, pharmacy items or specific products at a supermarket you choose
• Collect keys, prescriptions, exam papers or paperwork from across town
• Anything else that doesn't make sense to do yourself today

HOW IT WORKS

1. Sign in with your phone and a 6-digit PIN — no passwords to remember
2. Create an errand: pickup, drop-off, what needs to happen, when you need it done
3. We match it with an available Runner, or you can pick one yourself
4. Track the Runner live as they work
5. Confirm completion in the app once everything is done

Want to earn money on your own schedule? Apply through the app, complete identity verification (a few minutes), and start accepting errands once you're approved. Choose what you take and when you work; your earnings are tracked in the app automatically.

PRIVACY AND SAFETY

We take your data seriously. We do not sell your information. Location is shared only while an errand is active. National ID images submitted for verification are reviewed only by our admin team. PINs are stored hashed; we never see the raw value.
