Configure your router and Wi-Fi from your smartphone.
– Change your Wi-Fi network name and password
– Turn Wi-Fi on and off

Connect to city Wi-Fi
Configure the connection in the app once. After that, your smartphone will automatically connect to an available network.

Buy home equipment
Select and order equipment with delivery.

Connect to Dom.ru home internet
Choose a plan, suitable internet speed, and submit a connection request directly in the app.

Manage Dom.ru services
Dom.ru customers can manage all services in the app.
– Change your plan and internet speed
– Activate additional partner services and speed boosts
– Add TV channel packages
– Pause services for vacation

Activate subscriptions and digital services
Choose online cinemas and other partner services, as well as additional services to protect your devices.

Manage your contract
Add multiple contracts and switch between them in the app.
– Add contracts for your parents or your summer house
– Switch between contracts without re-entering your username and password
– Rename contracts to quickly find the one you need

Pay for services
Choose a convenient payment method.
– Pay via the Faster Payment System or SberPay
– View payment history
– Set up automatic payments

Call an engineer to your home
If you can't resolve the issue yourself, submit a request for an engineer to visit you. Track the status of your request in the app.

Check your internet yourself using diagnostics. If you have any questions, contact the support chat.

в приложении написано что "в сети неполадки по нашему адресу, подтвердить или нет" - подтвердить. и тут же - визит инженера платный . ребят , вы не обнаглели за мой счёт чинить неполадки в собственной сети? Половина сайтов не открывается, ничего внятного сказать не могут, так уже деньги берут за то что они обязаны и так обеспечить. надо вас в потребнадзор сдать. с какого фига вообще при оплате по сбп на выбор только 5 банков? почему нет расширенного списка? я обязательно ради вас обнаглевших должен между банками туда сюда деньги гонять чтоб интернет оплатить?

Невозможно открыть из-за границы, работает криво, авторизоваться нельзя качество услуг на 2 из 5, держите заслуженную 1.

Сделали оформление заказа понятнее и обновили его дизайн. Теперь выбрать способ доставки и всё необходимое для неё можно в одном месте.

Каталог оборудования теперь доступен и без договора. Выбрать оборудование можно прямо в приложении и оставить заявку на обратный звонок.

В вашем профиле можно добавить или изменить имя, дату рождения и аватар.

Появились статусы выезда инженера в заявке — можно узнать, когда он назначен, уже в пути или приступил к работе.
