A mobile personal account for managing Dom.ru services

"My Dom.ru" is a free app for users of the digital service provider Dom.ru. Manage your services directly from your smartphone without calling the call center.

What you can do with our app:

Connect to Dom.ru

You can connect to Dom.ru services directly through the app. Choose a suitable plan, add equipment if needed, and enter your information, address, and a convenient time for a technician to visit. No need to call anyone.

Manage your contract

Log in to the app using your phone number.
• Add other contracts, such as those for your parents or for a summer house. Switch between them without re-entering your username and password.
• Rename contracts as desired to quickly find the one you need.

Manage Dom.ru services

All information about your plan on your smartphone screen: cost, internet speed, number of TV channels, and which services are connected.
• Change your plan whenever it's convenient.

в приложении написано что "в сети неполадки по нашему адресу, подтвердить или нет" - подтвердить. и тут же - визит инженера платный . ребят , вы не обнаглели за мой счёт чинить неполадки в собственной сети? Половина сайтов не открывается, ничего внятного сказать не могут, так уже деньги берут за то что они обязаны и так обеспечить. надо вас в потребнадзор сдать. Ещё и договор каждый раз просят, хотя прекрасно знают его. Уведомление о недоступности интернета предлагают читать в приложении - гени

с какого фига вообще при оплате по сбп на выбор только 5 банков? почему нет расширенного списка? я обязательно ради вас обнаглевших должен между банками туда сюда деньги гонять чтоб интернет оплатить?

Невозможно открыть из-за границы, работает криво, авторизоваться нельзя качество услуг на 2 из 5, держите заслуженную 1.
