ODONTOSOFT IS THE COMPLETE APP FOR MANAGING THE WORKFLOW OF DENTAL AND ORTHODONTIC LABORATORIES
OdontoSoft is the ideal digital solution for dental professionals, designed to simplify the daily management of the dental technician and orthodontic laboratory. With a simple and intuitive interface, this app allows you to optimize and organize all your laboratory activities, improving efficiency and service to your patients.
Integrated with the management software and the OdontoSoft web portal, the APP provides various functions to keep your company under control even on the move:
PERSONALIZED ACCESS
The app has three different access profiles: Laboratory, Practice, Prescriber.
Dedicated access to laboratory users provides numerous features including:
- Company (to consult your company data),
- Customers (consultation of customer data and contact directory),
- Map (location of customers on the map),
- Prescription consultation (list of all jobs by period, client, doctor).
- Production progress
- Skills Management
- Management of catalogs and useful links
Through customer or prescriber access, however, the practice has the possibility of consulting laboratory data, consulting and downloading its invoices and above all entering work orders thanks to the functionality of the portal and the OdontoSoft APP.
It is possible to enter medical prescriptions by selecting the services on the odontogram, with the possibility of adding .stl files, images, videos and other necessary material and requesting withdrawals of the works.
INTEGRATED MESSAGING
The chat function allows you to exchange notes and comments on each individual job between the Studio and the Laboratory; a practical and powerful timeline shows the evolution of the situation from the insertion of the work, from the patient test to the final delivery. The attachments section contains the digital file containing the work certifications.
Furthermore, through a practical internal chat, Laboratory collaborators can communicate and exchange information on specific clinical cases.
AUTOMATIC ORDER ACQUISITION
In the OdontoSoft management system, the processing order entered from the portal or APP, together with all the files inserted by the practice, will be acquired automatically ensuring large savings in time in internal procedures.
At the end of the processing, the certifications produced will be made available to the customer, who can easily download them via the APP or via the relevant OdontoSoft portal. All orders can be filtered by customer, doctor, period and progress.
PRODUCTION PROGRESS
Directly from the APP it is possible to carry out the production progress, indicating the processes carried out, the materials and the batches used. Discover the convenience of managing orders from your smartphone or tablet!
CONSULTATION OF INVOICES, ACCOUNT STATEMENTS AND PAYMENT REMINDERS
An administrative section is available within the portal and APP where authorized laboratory users and customers from their reserved area can consult the invoices issued for a specific period and the account statement of the customer situation.
In addition to consulting invoices, there is a system that allows you to automate the sending of bank statements and payment reminders.
