Ratings and reviews

I had issues with the app not working on my phone, complained about it here and the developers fixed it within 2 days. That is pretty good service in my opinion, 4 stars for now until I actually try the sim itself :). Here is my original complaint: Does not work on Honor 600 pro (android16). The enable fingerprint authentication button does not function and trying to use an authenticator app for 2FA produces an error.

Got the european pack, 13GB for 10 euros. Vacation in Germany and Albania. Had absolutely 0 issues. The second you drop out of the plane it is gonna be on. Great app. Recommended. Will continue to use it.

many many problems here. i normally don't rate apps 1 star, because i try to solve first the problem with their customer services. but here it sucks. couldn't claim my bonus. i had to buy 1gb for 1.99 euro. and still doesn't work. please work on your services. this review will be here till 99eSim solves the problem. Edited... the problem has been solved. but not by customer services rather than by myself.
