I made the mistake of not unsubscribing after a week and ended up paying $30 for another 3 months. It's not user friendly. It's hard to find single food items... when I searched it found just dishes containing the food items with other things in it. Hard to find products and can't use the bar code. There are meal ideas and recipes popping up which I will probably never use. Also, I want the food/ macros measured in the Metric system but my body weight in the Imperial system... can't have both.

Repeated meals with my subscription. Also, the meals don't look appetizing or like they spent much time thinking about them at all. The app is geared toward weight loss. Even though it has the option to select weight gain or maintain weight, it doesn't change.. it constantly has info about fasting and detoxing. There's nothing in their "learn" section for people who want to gain or maintain. 5 minutes in, waste of money. I'd like a refund.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I WANT TO GIVE NEGATIVE TEN STARS! Went back and forth for over 15 emails for $9.99 refund and was offered everything but that, so they apparently needed it more than me! I personally didn't like the app and had it for less than 12 hours. I would not recommend this app 😐 Customer service is important but apparently no longer a requirement in our society.
