It's been ok thus far. It's easy to use, primary drawback is customer service, there is none. Nothing works when you try to get some assistance. Other than that pretty self explanatory and easy to use. Some features don't work as they should, but if customer service shapes up and they use feedback given, it can easily become as touted. 3 1/2 stars

eskooly app, in particular, doesn't run smoothly. Needs better internet connection and if we try to download some student or staff info in pdf, it crashes. However, eskooly desktop version is simple, smooth, user-friendly and value for money with good amount of features. But, in higher secondary classes, we have different subject combinations. And subject specific management of student attendance and other academic records is must separately for each teacher. This is missing in desktop version

I purchased Eskooly believing in their features and their 14-day money-back guarantee. Unfortunately, the software feels incomplete and more like a demo version than a real school management system. After realizing it wasn’t suitable, I emailed them multiple times requesting a refund as promised on their website. It has been more than a week, but there is no response at all. I hope the developers will take customer support seriously and refund as per their own guarantee.
