It's been ok thus far. It's easy to use, primary drawback is customer service, there is none. Nothing works when you try to get some assistance. Other than that pretty self explanatory and easy to use. Some features don't work as they should, but if customer service shapes up and they use feedback given, it can easily become as touted. 3 1/2 stars

I've had the chance to explore and use *eSkooly School Management Software*, and honestly, it's quite impressive. The platform is user-friendly and brings together essential functions like student management, exams, reports, and communication—all in one place. What I really appreciate is how it simplifies administrative tasks, saves time, and minimizes errors. It’s especially efficient for tracking attendance and academic performance.

I purchased Eskooly believing in their features and their 14-day money-back guarantee. Unfortunately, the software feels incomplete and more like a demo version than a real school management system. After realizing it wasn’t suitable, I emailed them multiple times requesting a refund as promised on their website. It has been more than a week, but there is no response at all. I hope the developers will take customer support seriously and refund as per their own guarantee.
