It's been ok thus far. It's easy to use, primary drawback is customer service, there is none. Nothing works when you try to get some assistance. Other than that pretty self explanatory and easy to use. Some features don't work as they should, but if customer service shapes up and they use feedback given, it can easily become as touted. 3 1/2 stars

Very disappointed with Eskooly support services. Poor customer support – no one is responding to our queries even after multiple emails. WhatsApp , calls, and messages are also unattended. There is no direct call support available when needed. They provide the product, but after that, no one seems to care about customer issues or support. Not satisfied with the overall service experience.

Thanks to the technical support team, for the recent update. pdf reports and attachments can be downloaded now. However, the app opens back camera of the mobile for the first time, when using for card scan attendance. Then afterwards, it opens only front facing camera, even if we select back camera option. Message sent to a single student or to a teacher by a student is received by all students automatically. Request to resolve these minor issues. Overall quite satisfied and happy.
