Was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I feel like I have been scammed. The customer service representative provided me miss leading/false information to complete a flight booking. Once the booking was complete it was nearly impossible to make contact back with them, a manager was never available and they never returned any request for contact. It is now nearly impossible to make changes to my booking unless I pay a $500 change fee. Do not use this organization, you will regret it.

I am having the worst customer experience with Esky,I booked a return flight on 3.06.24,my account was deducted twice,I contacted customer service more than 5 times I am yet to get feedback even after begging them to confirm the attachments of my bank statement in the emails,they are silent. I wish they would be more empathetic with clients,if at all this problem gets resolved,I will never use them again,I trusted them enough to use them the second time which is such a game changer. 😞

Aer Lingus flights were on time and the staff were helpful. Would definitely fly with them again.
