Ratings and reviews

When we first bought the cameras, the app worked fine and we could always have updates on our security. The past 6 months or so. All of the cameras are constantly losing connection. Even though there's no issues with the Wi-Fi or their power supply. It constantly shows that they're offline or if we try to load any of the previous nights video, it constantly tells us that there's no record whatsoever of the past any time. So that means it's not saving any of the video to its logs anymore.

I regret purchasing these cameras. The quality of the pictures are fine but good luck getting any of the videos to actually play so they can be reviewed - 20 minutes can be easily spent trying to watch a person take two steps. Videos take forever to load, and not a single video plays smoothly or completely through the entire clip. The app is definitely not designed for ease of use. You have to click on the icons just to try and determine what they are. The operations are totally useless.

This app was working fine until the new update. Now my camera will notify me of movement but I can no longer click the notification and see what was recorded. It just says nothing was recorded. What is the point of this camera if you cannot go back to see the motion triggered recordings. Especially if something happens but you dont immediately click onto the notification.
