Ratings and reviews

I would like to suggest biometrics or pin access not be cleared everytime i try to log in. I also dont get why I receive email wth OTP when there is no popup or request to input one. Additionally i recently signed up but the app says add tier miles to upgrade within the next 2-3 months. I believe it should be 1yr after signup. Although not mandatory app, i do like having it for the info it provides, mileage offers etc. Few tweaks would make it better.

Pathetic! STAY AWAY!!! I have tried to make a booking on browsers, on the Etihad app, and now on Etihad Guest. NOTHING works, and the call centre is of no help! STAY AWAY from Etihad! I have flown with them in the past, but never again. Absolutely pathetic interfaces.

I cannot create an account even after getting the activation email. I cannot load my flight details, I cannot do anything with this app or even feedback my issues for some help. I have a flight to catch in a few days.
